First, the accusation argues that SME was the dominant party in signing of the contract and thus it was written in their favor. When the contract was first signed in January 2003, Hankyung was only 17 years old and he did not have sufficient information on the Korean entertainment industry. Two updates made to the contract in February and December of 2007 were also led by SME and Hankyung had no choice but to accept what was offered by SME.
Second, the length of the contract is 13 years. When the contract was first signed, it was to last for 10 years after the release of Super Junior's first album. After the two updates, the length was extended to 13 years. The contract would last at least until December 2018, when Hankyung would become 34 years old. The contract extends automatically when Hankyung takes break for personal reasons, so the actual length could be much longer than 13 years. The accusation calls this a great invasion of Hankyung's basic human rights.
Third, the contract enforces heavy financial punishment in case of a breach of contract, preventing Hankyung from seeking release. If Hankyung was to breach the contract and move to another entertainment company, he has to compensate SME for 3 times what they invested in him and double what he would have earned for SME during remaining period of the contract. The accusation argues that this makes it impossible for Hankyung to leave SME.
Fourth, the terms on rights and division of responsibilities are unfair towards Hankyung. SME is responsible for vague tasks such as "management of the artist's popularity" and natural tasks such as "notifying the artist of new schedules". On the other hand, Hankyung is to follow SME's decisions without question and without having any rights for adjustment of the contract, making the contract unfair for Hankyung, according to the accusation.
Fifth, the contract made Hankyung overwork. He was forced to pay $10 during his training period for his first offense of being late, being absent, disobedience etc. and $20 per offense after. When he could not be contacted for more than a day, SME was given the right to null their contract. After his debut as a member of Super Junior, if his disobedience resulted in damage of less than $5,000 to SME then he was to compensate $5000; if the damage exceeded that amount then he was required to compensate for whatever the damage he caused. He had no right to present his opinion on any matter, and was forced to follow SME's instructions at all times. The accusation says that Hankyung has lost his confidence due to these reasons.
Due to the fifth reason, Hankyung has not been able to rest for a sufficient amount of time since Super Junior's debut. The accusation argues that he hasn't had a break for last 2 years due to his busy schedule. Because the contract enforces heavy financial punishment and automatic extension of the contract length, he had to continue performing in poor health. According to his representatives he suffers from gastritis and kidney problems resulting from high stress, as well as back pain and exhaustion. He frequently asked for a break due to medical reasons but they were all turned down, the accusation claims.
Sixth, he was not given proper rights regarding profit and products of his performance. Rights to all songs and albums belong to SME, even if the song was written by the artist. Profit division was favored towards SME; in case of albums, Super Junior received 2% of the revenue only if the album sold more than 50,000 copies, for digital sales they received 10% of the net profit; for revenue from overseas they were given 60% of net profit. Album sales meant nothing to the artists as 2% of the revenue was divided among 13 members. Digital sales and foreign income were given to artists only when profit was made, allowing SME free from risk of losing money, according to the accusation.

Thursday(3 December):
So...3 Dec marks the last day of school for Estella.
Shes transferring to School of Design, under Interior Design next year :/. Sad to say, the impact seems to be quite grave to us. 18 man, now down to 17. How? Hahaha.
After school, we stayed back for a while in the IDEAS room, to play murderer as a class. :/ . The mood is seriously heavy that day. Anyway, it's been a long time since the whole class sit down and play alr. Played the dedications' video that
Anyway, headed to Bugis as a class, to have steamboat. Had quite alot of fun there, also because we just finished our IDEA's presentation LOL. Srsly, the lecturer just don't know when to stop buying cannons from the black market and fire onto us like we are lab rats. ._.
Took quite alot of photos, and blahblahblah. >_< There's more in fb though, but I'm not particularly interested in taking every single pic and post onto the blog. Yeah.

Nyeh, so... MST ended.
I'm actually... dreading holidays, because I don't have anything to do.
Friends are flying here and there, and I'm most likely gonna spend my time on forums, K-Pop , J-Pop and animes.
Seriously, suju, 2PM and SNSD's songs and dance moves are so addictive that I cannot stop listening or watch. LOL.
Anyway, I've updated my song list again. I'm just gonna psycho people to listen to Kpop lol.

MST? Been there, done that.
Well, this whole week is a loooong week which I don't really hate actually. In fact, I enjoyed this whole week despite it being a test week, why? Beats me.
So... a typical poly student will go on ranting how bad the MST is, I will just do the same for the sake of filling up the white spaces in this internet(minus the rant).
JVPG : I conclude that the java textbook is useless.
MOB : The answers are somehow here and somehow there, but nowhere near.
DBMS : SQL is just as irritating as Wonder Girls' Nobody.
MATHS : Just Do It.

Right, so, I studied DBMS in school, alone, today, because I'm suppose to not waste time right before my vocal lessons(-cough- because I don't have a very free tuesday :x) . And when I'm particularly bored, I look at those passer-bys that walked past me with the -I have finished MST! YAY!- face, and the whole bunch of strangers whom are discussing the answers for the lastest MST. And, I find it amusing that people rather feel sad to know that their answer is wrong, than not knowing anything about the paper by keeping quiet. XD.
I'm being paranoid, because I really find it amusing.

I'm reluctant to study :/ so I shall blog.
Today's weather is so good to sleep, seriously. But then, I don't know why I woke up around 11am today, and I couldn't fall back into my dreamland. This is weird for a sunday o_o.
Oh yeah, you guys remembered I said something about suju dancing SNSD's Gee? I should just post up the video and let you guys have a look at it. Seriously, watching it again and again is very addictive, especially Heesica (Heechul)'s Pabo! XD.
Anyway, I'm going to school tomorrow around 11am/12pm to maybe study java and rot my time away with kpop, even though my paper is at 3:30pm. Anyone want to join me? D: .

Somehow, I nearly had an asthma attack when i was in school today.
Scary like mad lei :/.
Never felt so tensed up for no reason for a long time already.

Ah well, whatever.
Anyway, had lessons today as usual.
The gamblers in our class are crazy as usual. Today we didn't play murderer, but instead, they played daidee and blackjack with forfeits. (5 push-ups for losing, 5 commando push-ups for blackjack PER PERSON. I personally think Zhi Ying and Tiong Lin is super suay in being the banker. Lolol. Well, anyway, the daidee part is less tedious. But ah well, k nevermind. D: )
Did the DBMS "test" and felt relatively convinced that I should fail DBMS this sem, because I'm such a failure by combining Java and DBMS theories together.
Fail.
Went to FC3 for lunch today, and the sambal chicken fried rice is not bad leh, but too much vegetables :/. Picky Jay Jay on the loose!
Nyek.
Went for MATHS lecture as usual, and we played Emily's Ipod in the class, and I think... I messed up the AV settings so much that the lecturer couldn't use the projector at all LOL. :X. Well, for once, I pity the lecturer because the AV guy didn't come up at all. Coolioz.
I slept for a while and woke up before the lesson start, and I don't know why I'm blogging about this. Maybe I'm really mad.
Went for maths tutorial because there's a quiz today, and left after I've finished my quiz because I feel that vocal lessons > Maths tutorial. So, yah.
Anyway, today we did 小夫妻 - 歐得洋 & 蔡淳佳 IN THE RECORDING STUDIO! D: D: . It's the second time I've been there though, and seriously, it's still as intimidating as ever. D: I'm waiting for my laoshi to send us our recording. I think I did quite badly, considering I've only listened to the song once, and also....
伟菘 laoshi came in when we were testing the recording. He listened for a while before he walked off, and he even showed the "shh" sign when our attention was all on him LOL. Cute to the max. I'm scared of him D:, but I'm scared of 偲菘 laoshi more, he looks fierce :(.
Seriously, this sudden tense is giving me a warning already,
since it didn't happen for the past 6 months or so alr.

although my dreams are not achieved,

Headed down to Raffles to find tl, and we cancelled the game because we don't have enough timeeeeee.
Headed down to Bugis afterwards, and slacked around at the staircase while waiting for the rest to come. We played around with weiling's carebear while she went to toilet, and wei yi hide 1 of them in her bag O: . hahahaha.
Anywayyyyyy, went to find SA because we have to settle the cake. Headed to seoul garden afterwards to celebrate! Hohoho. I'll let the pics to talk now. O: Oh yeah, Jie Rong is working there also. Hohoho.
Stayed till about 10+pm, and we handed her the photo album that we made within 3 days :3. HAPPY NOT! :D. I'm so gonna rest my brains on creativity stuffs alr. Lolol :D.

Went to Bukit Merah Mac early in the morning(kay I arrived at like 12pm+-) to meet up with Shun An, Clarisa, Wei Yi and Yue Ning to do Weiling's photo album O: .
Was there the whole day, except for the fact that I went for keyboard examination at Hark. The examination was okay, but we were briefed that our next stage examination is coming already. O: O: O: Oh no lolol, and I'm gonna play 伯樂 or 说谎 for chord melody, and maybe 一千年以后 for chord accompaniment. :3
Yeah, anyway, headed back to mac to continue pasting and cutting and writting, all the way till 10+pm lol :D.
Went to Red Hill to have our late dinner, and we ate at Marcus Tan's(?) father's laksa store. The laksa is not bad lei, must try next time. lol.
Anyway, headed home, and rest for the day. O:
Sunday(22 November):
Went to cut hair, and now I feel so comfortable LOL :D. Headed to Tiong Bahru to develop photos for Weiling's photo album, and then went to have dinner with my family.
Headed to Heeren's Fish & Co to have dinner, since I need to go to HMV to buy Yoga's album for her -cough-. And... OMG OUT OF STOCK! Wtfuczxzxzx. Headed to City Hall's HMV afterwards, and its also out of stock! OMG OMG D: :3. Headed to GWC's CD Shop, and they told me its not even released (ya right). Joke sia.
Went home afterwards, panicking lolol. :3 Lucky wei yi found the album. Haha.
